In case you thought TV was dead...
Nielsen conducted their most extensive research to date on consumers’ media exposure throughout their day. Despite all the stories on how consumers are watching more online and skipping commercials, the research produced some pretty surprising stats:
Across TV, online, and mobile, TV garners 99% of screen time. In fact, people on average only watch 2 minutes of online TV a day.

Did you know...
If you study for an exam while drunk, you will actually perform better on the exam if you take it while drunk again. This is because it is easier to retrieve the information you studied if you create the same environment and conditions that you studied in.

Twitter to be Taught →
The British government is proposing that Twitter be taught in elementary schools as part of a wider push to make online communication and social media a permanent part of the UK’s education system. And that’s not all. Kids will be taught blogging, podcasting and how to use Wikipedia alongside Maths, English and Science.
Stop Whining About Facebook's Redesign →
A well-written, albeit unpopular, post from Slate about Facebook’s new design.

The Hype Machine →
Woah, my favorite website for finding new music just got a new design. If you guys haven’t been checking out the Hype Machine, start now. Basically, it looks at the top music blogs and aggregates the most popular songs. But the best part is that you can play all of those songs from its website, and if you like it, you can download it from the blog! The new design features a gorgeous new...

That’s my username on Twitter! Did you know it’s dropped to the tenth result for nick on Google? That’s way too low for Nick Douglas to be! That’s why I, Nick, will make a video for every person who reblogs this.
The word “whore” is not accepted as an alternative.
There’d be better be dancing in mine. Dance for me, Nick Douglas! DANCE.
